You as our client, you will receive an one to one service, which will ensures that the item we make for you will always be unique one off pieces. Take a look at some of our commissioned work that we have already undertaken.
AS OUR CLIENTS
If you have been unable to find that right present, gift or wooden item we can commission a piece just to fit the right occasion.
Just send an email giving us some details of what you are looking for, and we will design a piece to fit your requirements.
We will then send you some detailed design drawing via email with pricing details.
Once we have received confirmation back from you. We will then produce the wooden item/gift. Then we will send some detailed pictures of the finished wooden gift for you to approve. This will give you the chance to have a look at the item/gift before you committee to buy.
If you are happy with the look of the item/gift we will then send you an invoice via Paypal which will be linked to your email address and is a secure method of payment for you and us. You do not have to have a Paypal account to be able to use this service, or if you wish you can pay by cheque, making the cheque able to L R Tilbrook. Once payment has been received and cleared we will dispatched the item/gift via royal mail first class recorded post depending on the size. If it is a large item then we can send via Parcel force 48.
